Free standard shipping on all orders

Standard delivery times are only guaranteed for orders placed before December the 20h. Orders placed between December 21th, will be shipped from day 2 January.

Shipping and delivery

The Products purchased by you shall be delivered by means of specifically appointed courier at the address stated by the you. Please include a telephone number so that the courier is able to contact you for the delivery. As a guideline, the delivery is performed within 3/5 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. Shipping costs, unless differently specified, shall be added to the total cost of the order and shall be detailed during the check-out procedure, prior to the completion of the purchase process. The costs are calculated automatically basing on the weight, the volume of the purchased goods and the relevant geographic area of delivery. You may check the status of his delivery directly on the site of the courier, thanks to the reference data which will be supplied by e-mail with the notice of shipment. Following a number of failed attempts to deliver the goods, they shall be kept in the warehouse of the courier, where they shall be collected.

With reference to requests for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

Warning:
We spend a lot of care in packaging our products. In the case where, upon delivery, the package appear to be damaged on the outside or broken, please include the following statement in the Shipping Document, together with your signature and the courier's signature: “I accept the package (the packages) reserving the right of further checks because it is damaged”. We also kind ask you to immediately notify us your conditioned acceptance at the following address: montura.customercare@triboo.it. If the courier refuses to allow you to include you reserve for further checks, please immediately reject the delivery.
